Springers Gymnastics Adventures offers qualified and Certified Level 2 Artistic and Trampoline Coaches.
Manuela Stegmann is the Head Coach and owner of Springers Gymnastics Adventures. Manuela moved to Canada in 2005 with her husband Heinz and daughter Darleen. Prior to coming to Canada, Manuela coached gymnastics to children under 6.
Manuela and all the coaches at Springers believes that gymnastics is an ideal foundation for all sports and develops skills to promote an active, healthy lifestyle. Gymnastics focuses on balance, agility, co-ordination, flexibility and strength. Gymnastics can be enjoyed at any age and at any level.
Manuela Stegmann: Owner and Head Coach. Certified Level 2 Artistic and Trampoline Coach. Manuela is also qualified to teach the "Kids Can Move Program", which teaches gymnastics skills to teachers. She has taught teachers in Penticton, Naramata and Oliver.
Brent McLauchlan: Brent has been a gymnast his entire life. He is a certified Level 2 Artistic and Trampoline Coach. Brent is one of the head coaches of the competitive teams. He is still able to perform all the gymnastics skills and can often be found demonstrating these to his teams.
Darleen Stegmann: Darleen is Manuela's 20 year old daughter. She is a trained Level 2 Artistic Coach and a Certified Level 1 Trampoline Coach. Darleen can speak 3 languages, and she loves working with all classes.
Candace Brown: Candace has been involved in the club for many years. Both of her daughters have been recreational and competitive gymnasts for the past 10 years. Candace is an accomplished computer expert and manages our social media pages. She helps with the office work when needed.
Kristin Trenholm: Certified Level 2 Artistic and Level 1 Trampoline Coach.
Anne Norman: Certified Level 2 Artistic and Trampoline Coach.

Cyla Kulak-Meloche: Coach in training.
Chloe Brown: Coach in training.
Callie Burnett: Coach in training.
