Flip-a-saurs

Ages 4 and 5 years

 

Flip-a-saurs is a structured and fun filled program designed for 4-5 year olds. In this class they will learn gymnastics skills using a variety of locomotion, balancing, rolling, jumping and swinging. They will also learn how to sit, listen and take turns. The class will start with a warm up and stretch, then the Coaches will lead them through an obstacle course (different one each week), stations on the uneven bars and balance beams and they also get a bit of free time in the foam pit where they can climb up our rock wall and jump on our bouncy trampoline.
